Role Objective
Netlayer is seeking a hands‑on, execution‑driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to build and scale the company’s Sales, Delivery, and Operations functions. The COO will convert founder‑led growth into a structured, process‑driven, scalable organization. This role is not advisory – it is execution‑heavy and team‑building focused.
Core Mandate
- Build a high‑performance Sales Team
- Build a structured Service Delivery Team
- Strengthen Network & NOC Operations
- Create SOPs, KPIs, and accountability
- Reduce founder dependency in daily execution
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Sales Organization Building
- Design B2B & wholesale sales structure
- Hire and manage regional sales heads
