Overview

Job Title : Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Location : Kolkata (Head Office)

Travel : Mandatory – Factory visits to Jodhpur & Pondicherry (alternate months, 5 days per visit)

Salary : ₹65,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Additional : Performance-based Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and streamline end-to-end factory operations, commercial coordination, and execution across multiple manufacturing units. The role requires strong leadership in production planning, quality control, compliance, vendor coordination, and execution excellence.
