I. BASIC FUNCTION

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the hospital/healthcare facility, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of patient care across all departments by managing staff, finances, quality standards, and operational processes, reporting directly to the President and working closely with other leadership teams to achieve strategic goals and optimize patient satisfaction.

As COO, he/she is in charge of the overall management of the strategic development of the company including its future healthcare expansion ventures.

He/She collaborates with hospital officers and directors to focus on developing and monitoring business plans, project concepts for every facility, products and services, and in identifying potential hospital/business sites/facilities and products for the company’s portfolio.
