Our executive search firm is partnering with a high-growth, US-based product company with a truly global footprint to appoint a Chief Operating Officer (COO).

The company builds technology platforms for mobile app monetization and growth and also develops and publishes mobile games, operating at the intersection of AdTech, data, and gaming. With offices across Europe and the US, the organization is entering its next phase of scale and operational maturity.

The Opportunity

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be a core member of the executive leadership team, responsible for company-wide operations and execution across product, platform, and mobile gaming business units. Partnering closely with the CEO and Board, the COO will help scale the organization while maintaining speed, accountability, and a strong product-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the company’s global operational strategy in partnership with the CEO and Board
  • Build scalable operating models, systems, and KPIs across product, AdTech, and gaming divisions
  • Drive alignment between Product, Finance, HR, Technology, and Game Studios
  • Lead, mentor, and scale senior leadership teams across multiple business units
  • Establish executive dashboards and reporting to support data-driven decisions
  • Balance operational rigor with innovation, creativity, and fast iteration.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 12+ years of senior leadership experience in Operations, General Management, or Strategy
  • Experience scaling product-led, technology, or mobile gaming companies
  • Strong background in multi-business-unit or holding-company environments
  • Trusted partner to CEOs, Boards, and investorsMBA or advanced degree preferred.
