We need an Interim COO who loves action, owns the details, and gets people rowing in the same direction. Young team, big energy, vamos.

The Role

Run the integration day to day and keep revenue moving

Set a simple weekly rhythm with clear KPIs and OKRs everyone follows

Turn two tool stacks into one clean setup across CRM, order to cash, support, and reporting

Map the team, keep the stars, and make the tough calls kindly and quickly

Tighten pricing and handoffs so sales, onboarding, and support feel like one flow

Work shoulder to shoulder with the founder and help us land the CRO
