Chief Operating Officer

Overview

We are looking for Chief Operating Officer, reporting to the Board of Directors. The objective of this role is to lead the manufacturing operations across our dozen plants across 3 clusters in the West, South and North of India. The role will ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the plants. The COO will ensure effective implementation of quality standards, equipment maintenance and an efficient supply chain. The position will set the operations of the company to fast-track growth & deliver on defined targets. The role will serve as a liaison between the factory heads and the senior leadership of the company.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all plant operations and expansion projects.
• Work closely with the Plant heads to optimize efficiencies and continuously improve product delivery.
