COO) – Precision Components Division

Role Purpose

The CoO – Precision Components Division is responsible for defining and executing the long-term strategy, driving operational excellence, and delivering sustainable profitable growth across automotive, MedTech, and industrial valve segments. The role carries full P&L ownership, governance responsibility, and leadership accountability for world‑class manufacturing, quality, technology, and people performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Vision

  • Define and execute the long-term divisional strategy aligned with automotive, MedTech, and valve industry trends, technology roadmaps, and corporate objectives.
  • Translate strategy into clear business plans, investment priorities, and measurable outcomes.
