Our client is a leading player in the speciality chemicals industry and currently a mid sized organistion. The company is embarking on a major Greenfield project to set up a large, automated manufacturing facility, aiming for significant growth over the next 5 years. They are based out of Mumbai.

Reporting into the MD you will be responsible for
Operations Leadership:
- Oversee all manufacturing facilities and ensure operational efficiency.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices across units.
Greenfield Project Execution:
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of a new greenfield project, right from land procurement.
- Coordinate with consultants (e.g., McDonald, Jacobs) for plant design and implementation.
- Manage environmental and pollution control clearances.
Strategic Growth:
- Align operations with organizational goals to achieve the designated turnover next year and long-term targets of ...
