Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity and quality compliance.
• Drive operational excellence across VMC, CNC, and related machining processes.
• Lead workforce planning, production scheduling and resource allocation for optimal output.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality systems and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute business strategies.
• Mentor and develop cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Engage with regulators and industry bodies to shape and influence the policies and regulations that may impact Global Operations.
• Take ownership for establishing the revamped Operations teams, focussing on customers, proactive risk mitigation and investment and benefits returns.
