The incumbent will play a pivotal role in transforming WSA into a benchmark destination for premium hospitality and infrastructure excellence by driving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic & Operational Leadership
• Lead and oversee the end-to-end operations of all amenities within the WSA property.
• Translate the CEOs strategic vision into actionable business plans, measurable objectives, and operational results.
• Establish robust governance systems, SOPs, and reporting frameworks across all operational units.
• Ensure the highest levels of operational efficiency, safety, hygiene, and sustainability.
