Job Description
The COO will work closely with the MD and the strategic planning team. This individual is responsible for managing the MFI's activities to achieve rapid and responsible growth, ensure significant social impact, and maintain long-term sustainability. Major functions reporting to the COO include branch operations, sales and credit, HR and admin, and technology.
The COO will provide high-level customer relations and service, ensure compliance with MFI policies and procedures, and assist in attaining operational and financial goals. Responsibilities include supervising department staff, coordinating staff coverage, and serving as a member of the Senior Management team.
The COO will implement the organization's strategic goals through daily management of operations. Key areas of oversight include:
