Lead the internal engine of a global D2C health and wellness brand by driving execution across teams, operationalizing strategy, and partnering closely with the founder to scale growth. This role blends commercial leadership with hands‑on operational excellence balancing P&L management, revenue optimization, and supply chain oversight to deliver sustainable, profitable expansion across international markets.
Responsibilities
- Own company‑wide execution, from strategic planning to cross‑functional alignment across marketing, finance, product, and operations
- Manage full P&L performance, driving margin improvement and commercial efficiency
- Translate vision into measurable growth targets and scalable systems
- Oversee supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment ensuring operational excellence while supporting commercial goals
- Work directly with the founder on expansion strategy, new product launches, and geographic growth
