POSITION SUMMARY

The Chief Physician & Operations Executive will have significant oversight of the care delivery service for AtlantiCare Health System. With the goal of becoming a more integrated, value-driven organization and providing consumers with a seamless, integrated care continuum, the CPOE will provide leadership, direction and innovative ways for AHS to meet these goals and optimize performance.

The CPOE will help focus and translate the needs of medical center leaders and physicians to align and shape these to system-level goals. The individual will be responsible for the development and implementation of system-wide initiatives and efficiency across AtlantiCare’s acute care services including volume growth & development as well as expansion of acute care services.
