Job Description

1. Manages compliance with regulatory requirements on international, national and/or local levels

2. Takes the lead and supervises the organization's risk mitigation and identification procedures and spearheads all risk management strategies and operations, through the following:

  • 2.1 Addressing security and other operational lapses that would expose the company at risk.
  • 2.2 Coming up with mitigating processes to help minimize or avoid losses that may arise when the systems, procedures, or policies in place are found to be inadequate – or if they fail entirely.
  • 2.3 Creation/development of budget plan for risk-related projects and supervising their funding
  • 2.4 Creation and dissemination risk analysis and progress reports to different stakeholders, including employees, board members, and executives.
