Job Description
1. Manages compliance with regulatory requirements on international, national and/or local levels
2. Takes the lead and supervises the organization's risk mitigation and identification procedures and spearheads all risk management strategies and operations, through the following:
2.1 Addressing security and other operational lapses that would expose the company at risk. 2.2 Coming up with mitigating processes to help minimize or avoid losses that may arise when the systems, procedures, or policies in place are found to be inadequate – or if they fail entirely. 2.3 Creation/development of budget plan for risk-related projects and supervising their funding 2.4 Creation and dissemination risk analysis and progress reports to different stakeholders, including employees, board members, and executives. 2.5 Design of relevant strategies to handle and mitigate the risks concerning data protection, risk assurance, and eradication...
