Chief Security Officer (CSO) | Goldair Handling India

At Goldair Handling , we deliver world-class ground handling services, driven by safety, security and operational excellence. We are currently seeking a highly experienced Chief Security Officer (CSO) to lead and oversee all security-related operations at Bangalore International Airport.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the implementation and monitoring of the Security Management System (SecMS)
• Ensure full compliance with national and international aviation security regulations and standards (BCAS, DGCA, ICAO, IATA, Customs Authorities)
• Oversee all security operations and services across the station
• Act as the main liaison with regulatory bodies and authorities (BCAS, Customs, CISF, local police, airport authorities)
• Support and coordinate security audits, inspections, mock drills and emergency exercises
• Develop, maintain and secure approval of security programs and procedures
• Promote security awareness and manage Airport Entry Permit (AEP) processes
• Support operations and passengers during disrupted or delayed flight services
• Safeguard company assets through effective site security measures

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Graduation degree
• Valid Basic AVSEC, Screeners & Auditors Course Certification
• 10+ years of experience in aviation security
• Strong knowledge of aviation security regulations and compliance requirements
