Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Chief Steward to lead all stewarding and back-of-house operations for our luxury hotel. This role oversees cleanliness, sanitation, HACCP compliance, dishwashing operations, and the maintenance of all kitchen equipment and OS&E, ensuring the highest international standards are consistently met.



Key Responsibilities:



+ Lead and supervise the stewarding team, ensuring excellent hygiene, sanitation, and safety across all kitchens and BOH areas.

+ Manage dishwashing operations, equipment upkeep, and inventory of OS&E, cleaning chemicals, and supplies.

+ Implement and uphold HACCP, food safety, and sustainability standards.

+ Support culinary and banquet operations with efficient logistics, equipment allocation, and event readiness.

+ Control costs through breakage reduction, proper handling procedures, and accurate inventory management.
