Role Purpose

This role is designed to extend the efficiency of the CEO, acting as the operational backbone across multiple functions.

The Chief Support Officer will act as the CEO’s first in Associate to drive execution, communication, and coordination across departments.


Responsibilities

  • Manage CEO’s daily operational priorities & critical follow-ups
  • Support Sales, Admin, Vendor Management & Deal Closures
  • Handle confidential documents, reports & official communication
  • Conduct preliminary checks on business proposals / departmental tasks
  • Represent CEO in internal coordination & decision support
  • Ensure seamless execution of tasks the CEO would typically manage directly


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business / Operations / Admin preferred)
  • 2-3 years experience supporting C-Level / Management roles
  • Experience in Automotive or EV sector is a plus
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu
  • Strong skills in office productivity tools
  • Excellent Vendor Management skills
  • Demonstrated Sales support experience
