Global Independence Learning & Development Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams in designing and delivering high-quality technical independence learning content, solutions, and resources.

You will work closely with the GI L&D Leader to develop multiple technical training courses, manage project schedules/vendors, track and analyse course data. Prior knowledge of independence compliance is an advantage but not required.

• Foster collaboration across diverse teams while promoting inclusive environments;
• Develop and implement innovative training programs leveraging emerging technologies such as GenAI;
