The Chief Technology Officer role
The Chief Technology Officer will lead the effective and efficient delivery of Beyond Bank’s technology and digital functions, ensuring strong operational performance, a high performing team, and productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors. This role requires deep experience in managing cyber risk, overseeing complex vendor environments, and operating within member focused or mutual organisations.
We are looking for a special person who can operate in both a hands-on strategic level simultaneously and brings proven people leadership experience along with runs on the board in terms of successful technology change and delivery. Also, a deep understanding of the impacts of AI and its relevance to an organisation of our size and complexity. You will champion cooperative ways of working and be comfortable with constructive challenge and critical thinking.
