Overview

We are hiring a hands‑on CTO to lead technology, architecture, and AI product development for a fast‑growing global HealthTech SaaS startup . This role requires strong Python, AI/ML, LLM, RAG, cloud, and leadership experience with active coding involvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end system architecture, development & deployment
  • Lead AI/ML, LLM integrations, RAG pipelines & backend systems
  • Actively contribute to Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django) codebase
  • Manage AWS/GCP, Docker, CI/CD, scalability & uptime
  • Lead and mentor an 8–10 member engineering team
  • Translate client requirements into technical solutions
  • Handle technical discussions with US‑based clients
