Job Description

Qualification: B. Tech / M. Tech in Chemical Engineering / Metallurgy. Ph.D. or MBA preferred.

Experience: Minimum 15 years in metals or chemical manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Responsibilities

  • Lead technology strategy for magnesium and non-ferrous metals, aligned with business and sustainability goals.
  • Oversee process development and scale-up from lab to commercial plant, ensuring technical and environmental compliance.
  • Manage technology transfer and project execution, coordinating with engineering and resolving commissioning challenges.
  • Drive digital integration through Industry 4.0 tools and plant automation systems (SCADA/DCS/MES/ERP).
  • Build and develop a high-performing team while fostering innovation, R&D collaboration, and sustainable operations.
