Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze, and prioritize business processes that can benefit from AI-driven automation and optimization.
  • Design and implement AI-powered solutions, such as predictive analytics, machine learning models, intelligent workflows, and robotic process automation (RPA).
  • Collaborate with IT, data science, and business units to ensure seamless deployment and integration of AI technologies into existing processes.
  • Use process mining and analytics tools to uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and KPIs to track the effectiveness of AI-enabled process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in BPO or customer experience industries, with prior work on AI applications for voice analytics or agent augmentation.
