Job Description

Monroe Consulting Indonesia is seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) on behalf of a client within a growing retail organization to lead and strengthen the technology function. This role is responsible for setting the technology direction, ensuring stable IT operations, and driving digital transformation across both offline and e-commerce channels.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and hands-on leadership across all technology functions
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, IT operations, and enterprise systems to ensure reliability, scalability, and security
  • Lead digitalization initiatives, including retail systems, e-commerce platforms, omnichannel solutions, and process automation
  • Own and manage ERP systems, ensuring strong integration with e-commerce, finance, supply chain, and store operations
