Position Summary

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is the executive architect of Alpha X's future. Leading the Innovation Division, you will unify our high-performance R&D hubs in Singapore and China to build a scalable, world-class technology platform.

We are at a pivot point: moving from being a Semiconductor Specialist to a Global Smart Manufacturing Leader. Your mission is to industrialize our deep-tech capabilities—Generative AI, Autonomous Logistics, and Predictive Analytics—and adapt them for broad adoption across new high-growth sectors (Logistics, F&B, General Manufacturing) while maintaining our dominance in the semiconductor space.
