We're past the napkin sketch phase. MVP is built. Now we need someone to refine it, scale it, and own the tech from here to exit.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Day 1 to funding: You're hands-on. 75-80% of your time is writing code, setting architecture, and mentoring interns through deployment and iteration.

Post-funding: You transition to full-time CTO. Hiring your team, scaling infrastructure, and building tech defensibility for M&A.
