We're launching an ambitious project to revolutionize the how small business and call centers interact with customers through voice AI and WhatsApp AI automation. We are looking for someone obsessed with AI voice applications, that wants to make a real world application.

What You'll Do

• Lead the full product and technology strategy to create an AI-powered hybrid voice agent platform )
• Architect and oversee full life-cycle product delivery: from MVP to scale
• Build and coach a high-performing technical team (engineering, data, DevOps)
• Direct integrations with messaging, telephony, and automation APIs: Twilio, WhatsApp, Meta Business, etc.
• Innovate in LLMs/AI, voice automation, scalable cloud infrastructure, and third-party BPO system integration
• Collaborate with founders, design, and commercial teams to align technology and overall business strategy
