Overview

The Chief Technology & Security Officer (CTSO) at CIRA reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is a member of CIRA’s Executive Leadership Team. The CTSO is responsible for setting and advancing the organization’s enterprise technology and security strategy in alignment with CIRA’s mission, growth objectives, and public-interest mandate. The CTSO provides strategic leadership across enterprise infrastructure, internal platforms and tooling, enterprise security, service delivery and corporate IT. This role is accountable for defining the future direction of CIRA’s internal technology environment, including the evolution of the base technology platforms, the enterprise architecture roadmap, and the organization’s approach to emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence.
