Burn Boot Camp is a trendsetting franchise fitness organizations that offers child watch for members during their workouts. As part of the child watch team, this role is key to providing a safe and fun environment for all children so that members can workout without worrying about their kids!

This role involves providing a safe and fun environment for all children by:

-Engaging and interacting with the children.

-Making sure all parents are signing in/out.

-Verifying that all new clients complete a childcare liability waiver.

-Cleaning the room at the end of each shift.

-Consulting parent of any childcare issues (child behavior issues, etc.).

-Treating all children & parents with love and respect.

-Handling any childcare issues or concerns.

-Establishing and maintaining day-to-day operations with a 'think outside the box' mentality
