Overview

An exciting, fixed term/secondment opportunity for 12 months has arisen for a Band 5 Children's Wellbeing Practitioner (CWP) to join the Think Together Team with the CAMHS Single Point of Access Team. The team is locality based across North Yorkshire, York and Selby. We are keen to hear from those already qualified and registered, highly experienced individuals who are motivated and focused on delivering high quality patient care.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will work within the Think Together Team within the CAMHS Single Point of Access Team. They will need to offer triage assessments, alongside delivering interventions at a high-quality; brief outcome focused evidence-based interventions for children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
