Job Summary

The Client Success Manager is friendly and customer service-oriented to foster positive relationships with clients and Teem members by receiving and analyzing feedback to make our services more valuable. They are responsible for handling complaints and ensuring that these complaints are directed to the appropriate department to implement change. They are also responsible for retaining the Teem members and increasing sales with current clients.
