Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chinese Commi I/II position based in Nagpur at Centre Point Hospitality. The role involves supporting the culinary team in preparing and cooking Chinese cuisine, maintaining high hygiene standards, ensuring quality in food preparation, and assisting senior chefs in daily kitchen responsibilities. The candidate will also uphold food safety standards while working within a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Cooking, Food Preparation, and Culinary Skills specific to Chinese cuisine
  • Knowledge and adherence to Hygiene and food safety standards
  • Strong Communication skills to collaborate with the kitchen and service teams
  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • A certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field is an advantage
