Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chinese Chef in daily food preparation and cooking.
  • Wash, peel, chop, and marinate vegetables, meat, and other ingredients.
  • Prepare sauces, stocks, and condiments as per recipes.
  • Keep the kitchen organized, clean, and hygienic.
  • Assist in plating and presentation of dishes under Chefs guidance.
  • Follow kitchen safety and hygiene protocols strictly.
  • Help in inventory management and basic stock handling.
