Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Chinese Cuisine Chef to lead the preparation and cooking of authentic Chinese dishes in our restaurant/hotel.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in traditional and modern Chinese cooking techniques, menu creation, and kitchen management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present a variety of Chinese dishes including dim sum, noodles, soups, stir-fries, and sauces
  • Plan and create menus while maintaining authenticity and quality
  • Ensure kitchen hygiene, safety, and food sanitation standards are strictly followed
  • Train and supervise junior chefs, CDPs, and kitchen staff
  • Maintain inventory, manage stock, and control food costs efficiently
  • Innovate new recipes or adapt traditional recipes to meet customer preferences
  • Coordinate with management to optimize kitchen operations and customer satisfaction
