Chiropractic Clinic Assistant

We are holistic Chiropractic clinic based in Serangoon looking for like-minded individuals to help us provide the best quality of care to the community of patients that we have worked hard over the years to build and nurture.

Your key duties will involve:

• Managing day-to-day operations together with other staff members.
• Dealing with appointment bookings and scheduling.
• Managing invoices and package payments.
• Assist in any communication and translation if necessary (mandarin usually)
• Assist in monitoring and helping patients with any traction or simple rehabilitation exercises.
• Contribute and assist with social media.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the clinic (there is a small well-maintained washroom in the clinic).
• Assist the clinic in it's mission to create a community of abundance and wellness.
