As a Chromatography Analyst, you will perform various analytical tests on dairy, food, and infant formula samples using a variety of test methods and techniques in a busy INAB accredited food and dairy chemistry contract laboratory. 

Please note, this is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, working 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 07:00 - 15:30 and Friday, 07:00 - 14:30.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking day to day effective, accurate and efficient processing of workload in the food chemistry laboratory and to perform tasks assigned by the Senior Laboratory staff.
  • Adhering to regulations and laboratory policies regarding health and safety and to maintain a clean and hygienic working environment.
  • Carrying out laboratory tests for validation of the new methods in the Food Chemistry Laboratory and to perform tasks assigned by their manager.
