Job Title: Chrono Rattrapante Manager


In our High Watchmaking Division, we are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to lead the Chrono activity.



  • Schedule and coordinate production plans according to quality criteria and industry standards;

  • Motivate and develop the team while ensuring quality and deadlines are met;

  • Collaborate with support services to ensure versatility within the activity;


Necessary Skills & Qualifications


  • CFC in Watchmaking or equivalent experience confirmed as a watchmaker in production on complicated movements;
    Mastery of chronographs
    (more information available upon request) .


The ideal candidate will possess a proactive proposal skills, listening ability, decision-making capacity,
and analytical spirit. Additionally they should be fluent in oral communication for leadership purposes.
