Fluidra is looking for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer to join our team in Portland, TN.
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
The CI Engineer - OpEX will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize performance. This role will lead improvement activities in the manufacturing facilities of NA.
+ Enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness by evaluating manufacturing processes for product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials
+ Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools to define, develop, and document manufacturing process to create work instructions, process flow maps and Standard Work.
