We are seeking a CIAM Architect with deep expertise in SAP Customer Data Cloud to lead end-to-end solution design, implementation, and operations. This role will support complex identity and access management initiatives focused on data integration, security, and customer experience across global platforms.

This role supports a digital transformation initiative to centralize and streamline customer identity and access management across multiple regions and platforms. The team is responsible for designing scalable, secure, and user-centric CIAM solutions integrated with downstream systems, marketing tools, and web/mobile applications. Current pain points include fragmented identity systems, inconsistent user experiences, and evolving compliance needs.
