Experience & Skills
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, including strong knowledge of OT cybersecurity and technological cybersecurity.
  • Proven background in cybersecurity risk management, governance, and compliance.
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to lead projects locally and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in defining and documenting processes, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience or ability to quickly adapt to administration/configuration of cybersecurity technologies such as firewalls, endpoint protection, etc.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to interact effectively with local and global teams.
  • Ability to work independently on-site and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
