Job Description
Strong Sourcing skill for API/Excipients
Mpharm/ Bpharm or MSc (Organic chemistry) with management degree is preferred
8-10 year of experience in in Pharmaceutical in similar profile (strategic sourcing)
Good Communication skill.
Co-ordinate with IPD for new product development, support for documentation for filings & launches
Timely procurement of material & ensuring required capacities for launch readiness or Execution of trials, pre validation & validation batches, followed by launch volumes to ensure timely launch.
Well acquainted with pharma vendors & identifying & developing a robust vendor pool.
Developing and monitoring the supplier selection matrix for optimal selection of source.
Dealing with CRO’s for new molecule development
Recommend cost effective alternates to R&D & have good communication skill.
Experience in raw material optimization, vendor base consolidation, second source development.
Facilitating QA audits, ensuring adherence to the audit calendar.
Negotiating quality, supply and confidentiality agreements with vendors and ensuring compliance with respect to regulatory framework.
Work closely with IPD R&D, ADL, CQA, RA, PM
Have hands on experience in SAP, TRACKWISE, CIPDOX
Raise PO, CR, experience on Import / Advance / form 10 license application
Experience on CDA & Supply Agreement process
