I. Sub-Saharan Africa (8 countries) and North Africa (4 countries) Demand Planning and Order Fulfilment Team Lead

Candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and order fulfilment processes for the SSA/NAF from India plants. Also lead the Supply planning for Morocco mfg. plant. This role involves managing key performance indicators (KPIs), coordinating logistics, resolving technical issues, and ensuring timely quality releases and billing. Key Responsibilities:

• KPIs Management: Monitor and manage Out of Stock (OOS) rates, Quarterly billing targets, Forecast Accuracy, Days of Forward Cover (DoFC), and Inventory levels across all stocks keeping points

• Demand Planning: Lead the demand planning cycle, from forecast to Billing target. Ensure IBP process is followed.
