Execution of projects in order to improve the COGS and increase the overall gross margins of product range

Execution of projects identified by the senior management under Rx New Launch, COGS improvement.

Coordination with third party quality for product and site approval

Coordinating with marketing and portfolio team for sample approvals

Developing comparison data for execution of projects identified for cost savings.

Develop Alternate vendor with a long-term vision & Strong networking and market intelligence to avail First Launch opportunity

Review the product portfolio, markets, vendors and global practices to give analytical insights to IPD and Portfolio team.

Financials and Capacities are evaluated of potential business partners identified for new product launch or alternate vendor development

Inform the internal stake holders for approvals on pricing and evaluation of Gross margin.
