Circuit design engineer

Job Role : Circuit Designers – DDR / Ser Des
Experience : 4 to 10 years
Location : Bangalore
Preferable : Immediate to 30days notice
We are looking for Circuit Designers with strong expertise in DDR and/or Ser Des circuit design to join our high-performance engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and design individual circuit blocks within a Ser Des PHY.
- Work on advanced Fin FET technology nodes for high-speed designs.
- Perform complete design analysis including:
- Functional analysis
- Static timing analysis
- Electrical sign-off
- Optimize designs considering power, performance, and area (PPA).
- Analyze and mitigate the impact of process variations on circuit performance.
✅ Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience in Ser Des and/or DDR circuit design.
- Strong understanding of high-speed circuit design principles.
- Experience working on advanced nodes including Fin FET.
- Good knowledge of power–performance trade-offs in high-speed interfaces.
- Ability to take full ownership of assigned circuit blocks.
