We are seeking a seasoned HV Harness Engineer to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of low- and high-voltage wiring harness systems for automotive applications.

  • This role requires strong technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and disciplined change management throughout the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and deploy low-voltage and high-voltage wiring harness systems.
  2. Lead DFMEA (Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis) development, execution, follow-up to ensure reliability standards are met.
  3. Manage engineering changes in line with vehicle specifications while conducting BOM analysis efficiently.
