Required Skills

  • Proficient in ITIL service delivery processes and methodologies.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting Routing, Switching, and Wireless-LAN systems.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and ServiceNow for creating comprehensive Service Management Reports
  • Demonstrated success in delivering customer presentations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Interpersonal and leadership abilities to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Proven experience in Retail, CPG, or Supply Chain domains

Technology Experience

  • Hands on experience in Configuration and troubleshooting of
  • Cisco Routing with BGP & EIGRP Routing Protocols (ASR & ISR Routers).
  • Cisco Switching (9300 & 9500 Catalyst switches)
  • Cisco Wireless (v9800 WLC & 9k Access points)....
