Required Skills
- Proficient in ITIL service delivery processes and methodologies.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting Routing, Switching, and Wireless-LAN systems.
- Proficient in Excel, Power Point, and Service Now for creating comprehensive Service Management Reports
- Demonstrated success in delivering customer presentations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Interpersonal and leadership abilities to inspire and motivate teams.
- Proven experience in Retail, CPG, or Supply Chain domains
Technology Experience
- Hands on experience in Configuration and troubleshooting of
- Cisco Routing with BGP & EIGRP Routing Protocols (ASR & ISR Routers).
- Cisco Switching (9300 & 9500 Catalyst switches)
- Cisco Wireless (v9800 WLC & 9k Access points).
