Position Overview:
Responsible for designing hardware configurations, installing software, managing network systems, and training staff on correct operating procedures. Troubleshooting and fix hardware and software issue including computer, printer, scanner, and monitor etc. Network Management and Maintenance Security camera system management and maintenance. Customer Portal Management IT Asset Management Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily maintenance and operation of Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless Controllers, Access Points. Able to independently solve network problems encountered. Responsible for network equipment, internet, and Wi-Fi management and maintenance.
