Job Title -Cisco Network Operations Specialist Location - Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico Responsibilities The Network Operations Engineer is responsible for proactive monitoring troubleshooting and incident management in a network operation environment. This role involves maintaining network documentation coordinating with site technicians OEM vendors and other stakeholders and ensuring network reliability and performance. Key Responsibilities Monitor network performance and detect anomalies. Respond to alerts and manage incident tickets. Perform diagnosis and SOPbased issue resolution. Track and follow up on open tickets. Maintain network documentation and perform incident trend analysis. Diagnose and resolve complex network issues. Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of problems. Respond to security incidents and support during major P1/P2 incidents.
