Responsibilities:
Reporting to the IS Operations Manager, Global Network Services the IP Telecommunications Engineer position is responsible for the delivery of network services in a global enterprise environment. The successful candidate must have a detailed knowledge of networking technology with a specialty in Voice over IP technology from Cisco. They must be team oriented and have strong leadership ability. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on attention to detail and will have the authority of character to make sure everything is done correctly and with integrity.
- Manage and optimize Cisco Webex platforms and Control Hub.
- Integrate Webex with enterprise systems (e.g., Active Directory)
- Configuring and troubleshooting PSTN gateways on control hub
- Core Administration and Provisioning Skills like user management (Adding, modifying, and deleting users (manual, CSV, directory...
