• Own the form, fit and function of HP Print‑heads and provide engineering resolutions to product/manufacturing issues.
• Implement a robust Product Quality System across the value chain, driving Product Qualification and Change Management processes.
• Resolve and implement engineering solutions to product/manufacturing challenges.
• Engage R&D and Product Development to enable New Product Introductions and Extensions.
• Identify risks early in the program and determine the test methods needed to characterize the product, ensuring we meet end‑customer needs, especially for any product or process NUDs.
